Getting Started with EarlyTMS

Here are the guide lines for in-depth use of EarlyTMS. EarlyTMS provides number of tools to help you manage your customers in an efficient way.

Optional Setting

Firewall Setting

1. Log in as admin
2. Click administration
3. Click firewall management
4. Enter IP address in From IP Address and To IP Address
5. Enter IP address name in comment
6. Click add
7. Click save

Monitoring

1. Log in as admin
2. Click administration
3. Click Ticket Template Management
4. Set Basic Information as "Yes" for status
5. Click monitoring item management
6. Enter 'pending ticket' in monitoring factor name
7. Select the ticket template you created
8. Click Save
9. Click 'pending ticket'
10. Select condition as "is equal to"
11. Select value as 'open'
12. Click Save
13. Go back to main menu
14. Click 'Monitoring Ticket'
15. Click template name you want to monitor
16. Click monitoring factor you created

SMS Chat

1. Log in as admin
2. Click administration
3. Click ticket template management
4. Click the ticket template
5. Click the field for phone number
6. Check the 'chat' in input type under properties
7. Click submit
8. Log in as agent
9. Click telephone button
10. Click new
11. Click chat icon next to phone number
12. Enter phone number and send the message by clicking send

Email

1. Log in as agent
2. Click telephone button
3. Click new
4. Enter email address to verify
5. Click email icon next to email address
6. Enter title and send the message by clicking send

Address Verification

1. Log in as admin
2. Click administration
3. Click ticket template management
4. Click the ticket template
5. Click the customer information
6. Assign corresponding fields to 'Name/ Address fields Match
7. Click the field for phone number
8. Check the 'lookup' in input type under properties
9. Click submit
10. Log in as agent
11. Click telephone button
12. Click new
13. Enter the phone number
14. Click Look up to verify the customer's address
15. Click Populate to automatically fill out the customer information

Agents bulk upload

1. Click administration
2. Click user management
3. Click export
4. Open the downloaded file
5. Enter user accounts information
6. *Mandatory fields (User Id, First & Last name, password, user type)
7. Save the file as excel workbook
8. Click choose file
9. Select the saved excel file
10. Click import
