Setup before creating users

Creating the ticket template

1. Click administration
2. Click Ticket Template Management
3. Enter template name
4. Click add & save

Creating the user role

1. Click administration
2. Click user role management
3. Enter role name
4. Select default template
5. Click add & save

Creating the user location

1. Click administration
2. Click user location management
3. Enter location name
4. Select default template
5. Click add & save
