We believe that all workers should be treated with dignity and respect, and we will not tolerate any form of modern slavery or human trafficking.
1. Scope: This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and suppliers of EarlyConnect.

Risk Assessment and Due Diligence:
- a. EarlyConnect will conduct a risk assessment to identify and assess the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking within its operations and supply chain.
- b. We will undertake due diligence on our suppliers to ensure that they are compliant with our policy and procedures, and to identify any potential risks of modern slavery or human trafficking.
- c. We will work with our suppliers to implement corrective actions where necessary.
Training and Awareness:
- a. EarlyConnect will provide training to employees and contractors on the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking.
- b. We will raise awareness among our suppliers and contractors on our policy and expectations with regards to modern slavery and human trafficking.
Reporting and Whistleblowing:
- a. EarlyConnect will provide a mechanism for workers to report any concerns or suspicions of modern slavery or human trafficking.
- b. We will investigate any reports of modern slavery or human trafficking and take appropriate action.
Compliance:
- a. EarlyConnect will regularly review its policy and procedures to ensure that they are effective in preventing and eliminating modern slavery and human trafficking.
- b. We will comply with all relevant legislation and regulations on modern slavery and human trafficking.
